1. IDENTIFY
One is not needed to remain by “I have to” or “I must” – everything we do is a consequence of a decision…a option. Options created in our youth and choices created these days when we aroused from sleep. Everything is a choice: to follow or disobey; to research or not study; to eat right or not eat right. When creating these choices, we management everything about our lifestyles such as our upcoming and our stage of self-awareness. When you see a sensible, assured, wonderful individual – it’s not fortune, it’s option. Once you recognize and agree to this, only then can you start to become who it is you want to be. All of us are given gifts…special presents and abilities. Through self-discovery, we are able to recognize these presents. If we pay interest to who we are and what creates us satisfied, we will create the right options to set our own upcoming.

2. EVALUATE
Who are you? Look at yourself and be sincere. Create on certificates the factors you like (Pros) and do not like (Cons) about you. If you are (and you should be) your own best buddy, you should be able to take a look at the Drawbacks and create a strategy to start shifting those disadvantages over to the beneficial part. Furthermore, you should take a look at your Benefits and create a strategy to create sure those beneficial features remain on the beneficial part and keep growing on the within AND the outside of you. As you perform out a strategy, try to discover individuals with like individualities who discuss your same objectives. These are the very individuals that will are excellent buddies and help you remain on your set direction.

3. CONFIRM
